Founded in 1913, Our Lady of Perpetual Help has long been a spiritual home rooted in faith, service, and cultural richness. Originally recognized as the National Parish for Mexicans, our parish has played a vital role in the religious, social, and cultural life of our community for over a century.

According to the Archdiocese of San Antonio, in 1949 our parish served as the spiritual center for the surrounding missions and at least eight other outlying mission churches in Wilson and Guadalupe counties.

Today, we proudly continue that legacy, serving a diverse and vibrant community that seeks to live out the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, evangelization, education, and outreach.
